Cartoon Story Maker is a program specifically designed for Windows and is not available for Mac operating systems. Thus, it cannot be downloaded directly onto a Mac computer.
I think the program have a bug, because when I need to see the preview in the navigator (IE, Chrome, FireFox) only open the flash player viewer empty. I can't see the cartoon on the window. I reviewed the html code, the xml file and I don't see the references, my machine is a windows 7 with framework 3.51. I can't find the problem.

The Cartoon Story Maker software will export a HTML file along with a SWF file and other XML code to preserve animation. JPG only supports static scenes while the SWF is a collection of animations available and done through the Cartoon Story Maker.
There is no way to save the contents created within the software to JPG because you will lose all the animation, and besides that it doesn't even support it.
